Mark Rogers – Senior Pastor

Mark and Stephanie, married since 2004, live in Beaumont with their 3 daughters. Raised in a pastor’s home in Northern California, Mark received Christ as a teenager. After attending California Baptist University and interning at Fellowship in the Pass, Mark studied at Southern Seminary and earned a PhD in historical theology at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He served as a college pastor and associate pastor at churches in Bakersfield, CA, Louisville, KY, and Kenosha, WI. He is also an adjunct professor at California Baptist University. Mark is passionate about helping non-Christians and Christians experience the transformation and joy found only through the gospel of Christ. email


Rick Brady – Associate Pastor of Education of Counseling

Rick and Sabina, married since 1998, live in Beaumont with their two daughters and son. Rick was raised in a Christian home and became a believer in early elementary school. After attending The Master’s College Rick worked as the associate director of enrollment until he and Sabina were married. They then moved to Hawaii where they were the dorm parents for the Baptist Collegiate Ministry dorm and Rick taught Bible at Hawaii Baptist Academy. The couple then moved to Kentucky where Rick attended The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and Sabina worked in foster care at Kentucky Baptist Home for Children. Rick has served at FITP since 2005. He currently oversees Sunday Morning Adult Education, Men’s Ministry, and Counseling. Rick loves helping people to come to a greater understanding of God’s love for them. email


Mike Levitsky – Associate Pastor of Students

Mike and Stacy were married in 2006 and have two sons, Samuel and Simeon. Mike was raised in a Christian home, and came to Christ at a young age. While in Jr. High, Mike began playing drums and quickly became a part of the church worship team. After many years of serving in worship ministry, Mike felt a strong calling to step out from behind the instruments and pursue a teaching ministry. Shortly after he enrolled at Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary, and took on the role of Campus Pastor at Packinghouse Christian Academy. Mike has a passion to help youth understand the glory of God and to enjoy serving Him. email


Bryan Lupo – Associate Pastor of Children’s & Family

Bryan grew up in a Christian home, and after hearing the Gospel through a Billy Graham video series put on by his childhood church, he put his trust in Jesus Christ. Bryan graduated from Moody Bible Institute with a degree in pastoral ministry. While at Moody he also met his wife Kate. They have been married for 8 years and have two children, Dominic and Evelyn. Previously, Bryan served as youth director in Racine, WI, and as a pastoral assistant in Kenosha, WI. He joined the pastoral team at Fellowship in 2017. Bryan longs for the power of the Gospel to transform individual lives and families in the church, the city and the world. email


Jeff Marshman – Associate Pastor of Small Groups & Newcomers

Jeff and Rachel were married in 2004 and have four children. Jeff was raised in Downey, CA and became a believer at 17. Jeff studied at California Baptist University and earned a M.Div. from Southern Seminary. After Seminary, Jeff served at two churches in Texas before returning to California in 2015 to serve at FITP. Jeff is continually captivated by the gospel and loves to share the gospel message with those who don’t know Christ and to explore the amazing implications of the gospel for those who are in Christ. email


Richard Niemi – Executive Pastor

Richard is a graduate of Azusa Pacific College with a major in Business and worked in the private sector for 36 years most recently as the COO of a Manufacture company that was acquired in 2012. Recently retired, Richard came on staff in 2013 in a part time position as Executive Pastor responsible for the administrative functions within the Church. He desires to see the Church grow and the Kingdom advance both domestically and around the world. Richard is married to Kathy, has 2 adult children, 1 grandchild and spends his spare time reading, playing golf, and seeks to use he’s gifts to assure the Church Body is cared for in a way that the Lord Jesus would be pleased. email

The word of God kept on spreading; and the number of the disciples continued to increase greatly in Jerusalem, and a great many of the priests were becoming obedient to the faith. Acts 6:3-7
